half marathon trainingWhen I first met Blair, I was a BIG guy and my “running” was barely more than a quick walk for 30 seconds at a time. I was extremely intimidated to enter the world of running, but I knew I needed to do something to improve my health. I now weigh 80 pounds less, am in the best physical health since my teens, can run 10k any time I feel like it, and have completed in 15k races. I FEEL AMAZING!!!!! The first time I met Blair, he was organizing and leading a casual run from the local community centre in Tillsonburg Ontario. He was not at the lead, but rather the leader of the group. He made sure that everyone was safe and doing alright as a group. At this run, there were a wide range of participants, at vastly different skill levels. Blair looked after them all.

The goal for me anyways was to connect with some local runners, and find some running partners. Well with Blair, boy did I find a running partner. He trained me for runs ranging from half marathons, marathons, 56 kilometre races unsupported through the bush, to Ironman triathlons. He did this with tremendous enthusiasm and flexibility, and all for a very reasonable price.

What I found out about Blair was that he was very adaptable to the circumstances of my life. He was very understanding and flexible when it came to my personal training program. If I was having a long or stressful time period at work, he would simply adjust my training program accordingly. He did this so effortlessly, on my part anyways, he left me feeling at ease, not guilty for slacking, but thankful for his understanding, and a different style workout that he would tailor design for me.

For someone like me who knows sport, and exercise physiology, I would recommend Blair`s services to anyone.
