To provide you with the best possible running training program, we follow a detailed training process that helps you get the most out of our training program and helps you reach your running goals.

Runner’s Profile

This is the starting point!  At, we have put together a Runner’s Profile Questionnaire which is designed to get to know you, your training history, and your goals.  Send us an email to express your interest and we’ll start with this free assessment.  Our coaching staff will contact you to clarify any of your information from the questionnaire and to let you know how best we can help you achieve your goals. This will help you get to know us and what we can do for your running. From there, you can decide which level of service is best for you. Signing up is easy through the fully secured PayPal system.

Goal Setting

Our training process includes setting realistic and achievable running goals, which helps you to focus your efforts and physical energy to reaching your running goals. With assistance from, your coach will help you set specific and measurable goals, which will be challenging, yet achievable goals. With intelligent training, you have a realistic chance of achieving your goals within your desired time frame.

Ongoing Communication

At, we want to build the best possible relationships with our customers. With a training program, your Coach with work with you every step of the way, and contact you by telephone, email or in person, depending on the running training program you choose. We encourage you to ask any questions about our running and training programs.

From beginner runners who want to learn how to run 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, or marathons, to novice runners and hard-core, experienced triathletes, trail runners, marathon runners and ultra marathon runners, offers running training programsBronze, Silver, or Gold to help you improve your performance.


Training programs offered by are followed up by a customer satisfaction survey, the results of which help us to continuously improve and serve you better. We welcome your feedback about our running training programs and our running coaches so that we can constantly seek to improve.
