Boathouse Bandit Runners

Congratulations to the Guelph Boathouse Bandit Runners on Another Great Year of Training and Racing!

This past year, we had a lot of fun! We formed many new friendships and built stronger relationships within the group, all while training together to reach our common goals.

East Side Marios after Wednesday runs
… Fergus Funny Hat Run
… Halloween Run – no sir, I’m not at the coffee shop this morning sobering up from partying late last night
… Old Man Run (hope your 50th was a good one Mike!)
… Dirty old men in thongs

From training harder (Rob and Mike hit their 100 km per week goals), reaching some amazing milestones (Jen hit #5 of running the 5 World Marathon Majors), and seeing a lot of improvement in our race results (Robert shaved 25 minutes off his Marathon time), to being set back by disappointment (missing Boston by only a few seconds), the strength of this group keeps the dream alive!

Thanks for a great running season! I’m looking forward to next season!
