The first official ‘season’ of runningbetter.ca has come to a close. Now, while I have provided coaching for athletes for many years, this was the first time providing programs for more than one or two athletes at a time. What a great experience! I trust the runners had as much fun as I did!
There were successful marathons at Toronto (including a much sought after Boston Qualifier), Mississauga, and Edinburgh. runningbetter.ca also had half marathoners in Toronto, Niagara Women’s, Ottawa, and Pelee Island. A big congrats to all the gang!
June is the time to start planning for the fall races. Entries are filing up fast with some of the better known races already being sold out. Pick a race, sign up, and let the training begin! Of course, if you are interested in a customized training program to make the most of your next race, just send me a note (click here) and we’ll send you a Runner’s Profile Questionnaire. This will give me a chance to learn more about you and your running. It will also give you a chance to learn how a runningbetter.ca program can be tailored to you. If you like what you see, then we’ll get you signed up for a full training plan.
I am really looking forward to helping my returning clients on their next race as well as the new folks that are just starting out with runningbetter.ca. Keep in mind… my training programs are not just for the half and full marathoners. The programs are individualized based on your goals be it a first 10km, a marathon, or maybe a 50 miler.
